How long does it take to build a website?

Project timelines vary by package: STARTUP websites take 3-5 days, CORE websites take 1-2 weeks, and BUSINESS websites take 3-4 weeks. We'll provide you with a detailed timeline during your project consultation.

What's included in your web design process?

Our process includes: initial consultation, custom design mockups, responsive development, content integration, SEO optimization, testing across devices, and launch. You'll receive regular updates and have opportunities for feedback throughout.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Yes! All packages include hosting for the first year. After that, our Base Care Package (£20/month) covers domain management, email setup, and basic maintenance. We also offer Essential and Professional care packages for additional support.

Is SEO included in your websites?

Yes! All our websites include basic SEO setup: optimized page titles, meta descriptions, proper heading structure, fast loading speeds, and mobile optimization. For advanced SEO services, we offer additional optimization packages.

How many revisions do I get?

We include reasonable revisions in all packages to ensure you're completely satisfied. Major scope changes may incur additional costs, but we'll always discuss this with you first. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the final result.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. We typically require a 50% deposit to start your project, with the remainder due upon completion.
